All they need to do is put the players in position to win and then let the players line up and play!! Coach basics, stick to basics and let the players be aggressive!! I can't imagine a head coach/staff putting players in worse positions, some of their tactics are grade school!! I know I am ranting but the three losses are squarely on Coach Delaney, period and I like him!! Yes the ST sucks but he allows it and conservative/predictable play calling he let's continue. The players are as good as anyone in the BSC and they deserve more. It was emabarassing watching this staff get schooled, again!! I have played, coached and been a fan for a long time and I have never, at any level, seen coaches pull their defensive line 5 yds off the line of scrimmage, for any reason. Someone needs to explain that to me. Enstrom wanted a lessor football and now he has it. Let's see if he knows how to build to win. Enough and sorry, just had to vent.

all talent beging somewhat equal...
what separates chumps from champs is prep, execution and adjustments, especially those on the fly and the critical halftime tweaks....
our coaching staff would have trouble winning at playground ball with their understanding of basic football...
my wife knows virtually nothing about football other than the fact we wear maroon and are called the Griz but after watching the 4th and 2 fisasco, she says to me, "why are we letting them run so far?" I had no answer...

This game was lost way before the 4th and 2 fiasco...running the same plays over and over and over. Ever heard of a reverse? When the offense is stagnant, change the QB. Hann can throw a lot more accurate than Mc. I don't know, just a thought. Stop trying to score with field goals. Touchdowns are all that matter. This coaching staff has made the mistakes of rookie coaches. In the past, with BH and Pflu, they got lucky and made the right decisions which made them win the game. The coaches making the right decisions in close games is the difference between win or lose! These guys haven't made the right decision yet!
Its hard for the team NOT to quit when the coaches don't show up for the second half.
Mistakes are one thing, hind site is always 20-20. Its sad when the only obvious coaching is a mistake. Everything else (play calling) doesn't seem to be in response to anything but rather "just because it didn't work the last three times doesn't mean it won't this time"
The last few weeks we never saw a pass on first down, they try it this week and works.. WOW. but to then decide lets see how MANY time it will work.....
