NIL and Title 9

There's no obligation from third parties to follow Title IX. Just because a business pays a Grizzly football player X amount to endorse their business and do an autograph signing event or whatever doesn't mean the business has to do the same thing for a Grizzly soccer player.

Now, let's say it's revealed that the coaching staff and school are directing the collectives on where NIL funds should go (and that is totally absolutely 100% *not* happening, no way jose) you might have an issue there. On paper these collectives are supposed to be separate from the school, only utilizing branding where appropriate for an unaffiliated booster club.
