Anyone know if the normal blackout rule applies to pre-season games? I can't get the SF-Oakland game (not that it's going to be a good one). The thing is that the blackout posting says that there's supposed to be a "local" station that has it. The station being blacked out is an indy job from San Jose, and there's no channel closer to the Stockton-Lodi-Sacramento area that has it.
Is that just a generic blackout screen? Or is there something goofy going on?
