This is the kind of leadership, discipline, and fire that a championship caliber coach has. If Tinkle doesn't develop a little more of what this guy has then I'm not sure that a team that loses one of the best PF's in school history is going to improve a whole lot. Time will tell . . .

Yeah,. tell them they can't wear UM apparel, that will make them a 20 game winner for sure. The difference is, Donovan gets McDonalds All Americans at Florida.

Actually I think it has a little more to do with taking some pride in the team and colors, disciplining a team that is underachieving, combating complacency, giving a reality check to some big egos, re-consolidating the power to the top of the staff, righting a ship that was circling the drain, and being a bold leader. A few of which I personally thought were lacking at UM this season.

Way to totally miss my point and come back with a smart-ass comment within 2 minutes, though. That might be a record. :thumb:

I dunno, it might make some waves, have them practice at Schrieber instead of at the Adams, and no access to the locker room (men's bball locker room is pretty nice). Who knows the actual effects though, since the season just ended I don't see it making an impact now.
