No one knows what Miller would have done in the second half of the 2000 game. Seems the GSU defense played him pretty well before you experts determined they were tired and worn out in the second half. Just find it surprising that Edwards is continually criticized. He was a sophomore that entered national title game in miserable weather. Griz had chances and he'd probably be the first to admit he missed on some himself.

Junior year Griz win the national title......but he has "very little to do with it". Senior year a weird one and I won't look up stats but his weren't great late in the year nor against the Cats. Injured, coach stuck with him too long, coach was distracted, Neill should have played.......and this is somehow Edwards or his Dad's fault?

I hope Cam Humphrey or Sneed or some other future MT QB gets the Griz to another national title game
one of these years. Edwards was a "gamer" and I'd take a guy like him anytime.

Sure does, or did. This may be the announcement nobody was looking forward to. Me, I’m just hoping someone requested a number change & it was granted.
