New UM merchandise store downtown

Dunno if anyone has noticed, or cares, but it seems that the UM bookstore has opened a downtown location called "The M Store" right between Uptown Diner and Pita Pit. Checked it out today, seems to carry a lot of the Griz merchandise that the bookstore does, plus some sweet paintings/designs by Tim Joyner. Worth checking out.. they were giving out 15% off coupons today.

It is not related to the UM Bookstore at all. The new store is a Nike team store featuring all kinds of Nike Griz designs unavailable to other retailers. It is very cool!

Greg Sundberg of GSA fame is a partner in the "new" M Store which just opened on Higgins by the Uptown Diner. It has no connection to the University of Montana.

Bigtyme you might be confusing this with the MSO Hub where you can get Osprey tix/gear as well as some Griz gear as well.

There is not yet a website for the new "M" store. The url's listed above do not have the unique Nike gear that is at the downtown store.

I'm done buying UM gear. The money doesn't go to the athletic dept. it goes to the general fund and the administration I believe. My support for them is over. I've got enuf GRIZ gear to last me years.
