Kid is just a sophomore and is at 6’8 I believe. Dad was a big hooper.
6’9 junior averaging a double. Kid still has plenty of time to grow before he gets to UM. He’s got the potential to be huge by the time he gets to us. Great in-state get after I was commenting we needed another MT kid. Now if we could just get a transfer big this off-season, I’ll feel great about the next season while we wait for this kid to come in and develop.

That is correct! Big basketball family! His mom is also a Goligoski and he is cousins with former Lady Griz Taylor Goligoski.

Seem to recall a pretty decent kid that hailed from Shelby a few years back.......

Seidensticker?

Further back......played here, then played NBA....now a coach. Not every "Missoula kid" is really a Missoula kid.

I believe Shelby still has a trophy in their trophy cases from when he won a hoop shoot in middle school.

I saw a short clip of this kid on TV a month or two ago and was impressed. Thought he really moved well with the ball for a big guy. Excited to see what he can do as a Griz...

Ha! of course, yes. Recency bias for me, I guess. At any rate, Rhett's in good company.
