NDSU Game

What a blowout. But quite a bit closer than I thought it would be.

Good luck to anyone in the sights of this team. Maybe somebody can beat them by the middle of next season

You predicted a 20 point win. 38-31 is closer than 20-pt win. North Dakota math, I guess. Your team looked very good.

So it’s ‘them’ now. How could you stand slumming at the LSU game? Crappy low level football, but I’m betting the game day experience is amazing there. There is a reason when espn comes to Montana they compare it to all the best atmospheres in college football. How does that compare to the metal shed? Maybe there is more to all this than just purely winning.

Fargo tailgating is the best anywhere. Not even worth discussing.

LSU night games are incredible, the people were incredible the food was incredible. Can't wait to get home to Fargo

LSU did not look very good. I think Montana could upset LSU but NDSU would have no chance. While both Montana and North Dakota State are powerhouse FCS programs, the Montana Grizzlies have a more plausible path to upsetting LSU thanks to their balanced offense, elite defense, and ability to control tempo through a powerful ground game and disciplined play. Montana’s recent momentum, physical defense, and ball-control style could frustrate LSU and keep the game close enough for an upset if the Tigers make mistakes. In contrast, North Dakota State—despite its dynasty status—would likely struggle more due to LSU’s overwhelming depth, speed, and physicality, making it difficult for the Bison to keep pace once LSU’s athletic advantage takes over.
