NCAA to add December Signings for HS players

Note: was going to add this to the recruiting thread but figured it would get lost in the shuffle.

This could really change the way coaches recruit. The NCAA is probably going to allow high school seniors to sign during the JC December 3 day signing period.

About damn time. Will make recruiting much cleaner for both schools and recruits in my opinion.
