If you have 10 mins or so you may want to fill it out.

I used the "Which poster do you like?" to criticize the NCAA.

Horribly flawed survey. Presumes your alignment is with the closest team (within 2 hours drive); unless that's the case, the answers are going to lead to false conclusions. But what else to expect from the NCAA....

Did you take the survey? Possibly the answers to each persons questions lead them to a different "next question." Don't know. I only took it once and don't care to take it again. I'm with kemajic. Lame.

The survey assumes the school you follow is Two hours away, but there are many places where you can set it straight: Griz Athletics, eGriz as sources for game info. Flatly stating you are not interested in MSU, etc

I think you might be overthinking this. Firstly, it is a valid question. WOULD you support a game, team, etc. within a 2 hour driving range. The reason It is valid because FBS has many games supported by fans that did not go to the colleges that are actually playing. For example, Stanford, or USC, Nebraska, etc whose fans, not all graduates will go to the games. Others, go to Bowl games just for the fun of it. Also, for most of the country, it is not more than 2 hours to any one of several FCS schools. The question is basically trying to discover if there is genuine FAN interest in a game where there is no connection to the schools playing. Some people here on Egriz say they go to EWU games, so for them, it is a 'yes', but they are truly a minority. I think the interest in FCS games is low, even among most of the institutions judging by the attendance, alumni or not...this is trying to determine just how low it is..
