2014: 23,777 (low-attended playoff game hurt average attendance)

Another interesting thing. If you take Montana out of the BSC, the average attendance falls to 8,060. If you take out both Montana and Montana State, the BSC average for attendance falls to 6,881.

Montana is the Big Sky state and without UM and MSU the Big Sky Conference is NOTHING!

I'm surprised it only drops that much considering UM & MSU are the only 2 schools above the average (and above by a lot), while the other 11 schools are all below that 9,500 average.

I'm surprised it only drops that much considering UM & MSU are the only 2 schools above the average (and above by a lot), while the other 11 schools are all below that 9,500 average.

Well, it's roughly a 30% drop just by removing those two... That's a lot.
