NCAA adopts early signing period, 10th coach; bans two-a-days

NCAA voted to ban 2 adays and a few other changes. One of them is that High school players can now sign LOI as early as December.

10th coach allowed for FBS schools

So next January every FBS school can effectively hire another coach. Many will have the budget to do so, some wont. Where are they going to look? Presumably many will snipe away some of the best and brightest position coaches at the FCS levels. It'll be interesting to see how that shakes out next winter.

Statement is backwards (and slightly off), I suspect: Some will have the budget to hire another coach, but most will not. This will just increase the spread between the haves and have-nots.
