Not sure App is playing like a powerhouse right now. Unfortunately for them things won't be getting any easier this season, or anytime in the future with their move up to the FBS.

True but the Griz shouldn't lose any confidence from their win. IMO If they play their game( ball control), they'll beat ND.
 
Maybe App State fans can chime in here. I wonder if the team is having troubles adjusting this year? Think about it some. They have nothing to play for this season. They are in ineligible for the playoffs (which is a stupid ass rule). I believe they are not bowl eligible their 1st year at the BCS level as well. Seriously, it would be hard to be motivated, knowing no matter what you do, nothing can change for the better.
 
2013 App State = 2012 UM

Coaching changes are hard to overcome at this level. Believe it.

I have a strong hunch that App State lost a hard emotional battle when coming to Missoula and then getting beat soundly. Worked up for a big game that crashed. As we know coaching changes are rough. I think or hope at least App bounces back from this loss to A&T.

I honestly am glad we had a bye after the App game. South effort put into that first game. You know darn well App wanted to go out on top of the FCS beating another storied program in UM.

Keep your heads up App fans!

exactly. how many teams have lost the game played the week after their game in Missoula? most. App is no different.
 
...give ASU another game or two prior to declaring a post fcs/pre FBS funk, I think. A so so forgettable season may be here, too bad for them.

ND may be a better test, especially for secondary as some posters have already indicated.
