Montana's Home Field Advantage Since 2004

Does anybody realize Montana has dropped 2 home regular season games in the last 8 seasons?.............

49-2 (.964 pct.)

In home playoff games since then we're 12-3


Not bad but I expect better. I still remember the last two losses as much as the big wins. Both flukes that I suppose are bound to happen twice every 50 games. :x

I guess the inimitable WaGriz doesn't get much worse if you look back to '86.


-UM holds an all time winning pct. of .890 in WaGriz including 35 playoff games
-Only three teams have more then one win in WaGriz;
*Eastern Washington ('90, '92 and '97)
*MSU ('02 and '10)
*Idaho (FBS) ('86, '90, and '99)
--'89 and '90 were the only years WaGriz experienced a 2 loss reg. season. And in '90 one loss came from Idaho (FBS)

And I've been there for all but three regular season games and one playoff game (out of town on all four occasions, beyond my control). Simply, we plan our fall and early winter around the Griz schedule.

I don't like to remember it either, but we did lose to Erik Meyer and company in 2005.
