 Forget the last game(vs PSU)!! Montana and Idaho State have been even all year. Should not be the case. ISU does not have an answer for Andrew Strait. Jordan Hasquet taking ordinary human shots creates double trouble for ISU on defense. Elgin-Taylor is sooo much better at both ends than he was in the earliest game. Stoudacher (deadly when right) and Martin are totally due and can be effective against the ISU group. Sharp is ready for a spurt and Rundles is well rested. And Brian Qvale can win one at anytime all by himself. Vanderjagt is improving and very long.

The homecourt advantage and the disputed end to the last game will just put more pressure on ISU and Montana must be better on the road than they have shown at home.

Strait, Hasquet, Sharp, Stoudacher, Martin can score with any of them when they get it going.

Qvale, Vanderjagt, Elgin-Taylor, Rundles can defend. and so can some of the rest if they decide it is important.

Poor free throw concentration should be a thing of the past.

I think Montana has very good team that has played very very grim at times but if the shots are droppin they have the talent to be a problem for ISU and beyond. Just because they do not deserve a win based on past performance does not mean that they are not going to be spoilers. They have no choice. I do not believe it will be one and done.

Agreed, I really hope to see an angry Griz team show up on Saturday, I think they will win this game.

I have been to every mens home game this season and I must not be at the right place when I hear others talk about Dave Vanderjagt and his improvement. What are you guys seeing with him. The only improvement I see with him is that he actually has seen very minimal playing time. The only reason he has seen that is because Qvale was hurt and is not 100% now. Dave is so lost out there, put in Dan Beaudin before him in a heart beat. At least he looks like he wants to be there, knows where to go. I see it in warmups with Dave, never works on his inside game is always dinking around at the three point line. Get in the block and learn how to play big.

Back to the topic at hand. I feel Montana is a far better team then ISU in terms of talent. The question all season has been can we put together a complete game? Well, now is the time, lets get it done starting Saturday.
