MONTANA TECH

Twitter: #‎GrizHoops‬ put on a clinic against Montana Tech, at one point out scoring the Diggers 50-9, and going on to win the non-conference tilt 86-44.

Wow. Didn't realize it was that kind of a run.

I'm sorry that the Diggers couldn't put up more of a fight for the Griz...I'm thinking that the Griz should beat the Bobcats by about the same score this Saturday ;-)

They looked good last night - obviously should have looked good

The coach is getting more vocal with the refs- I like that!

I thought the Griz looked bad to horrible for the first 15 minutes. Very uninspired play. Until 5:54 to go in the half, Tech had led most of the game. Then, UM hit a 3 to go up 24-21, and then went on a huge run, scoring 17 in the last 5.25 minutes (7-9 shooting). The run was fueled partly by good Griz play, and partly by Tech not doing anything at all. Early in the game, it wasn't that Tech was great or shooting the lights out, it was more that Tech was doing some good things and the Griz were bad. If the Griz play against the Cats like they did in the first 15 minutes, the Cats will win easily. I like this team and believe they have potential, but I was very disappointed by the first 15 minutes.

If only we'd had Brad Huse and Brian Vaughns.....things would've played out much better. :)

Flyin' Brian Vaughns...throw in Teran Carter and Kent Andre' to shoot some 3s

Better add Sherman Vernon and Robert Montegue while you're at it.
