If you are so committed to this list, why do you make it dependent on whether the Griz squeak into the playoffs?

Because they will be practicing on Monday. Simple stuff really...get some help dude.

I could not observe from your post that this Monday was critical to the timing of your list. Or that it needed to be. If you are so committed to this demand list and think it's a realistic expectation, it's an off-season project that would take time to execute. Unless you demand it be Monday. LOL. They wouldn't even get through the Hauck contract on Monday to determine whether Hauck has to do anything.

Your help is all that's needed dude.

None of the mock brackets I have seen have the Griz in the playoffs. But, we'll see what the committee has to say soon enough.

Should the Griz be left out, here is what I'd like to see happen starting Monday:

Haslam must align the means and the ways with the desired ends.

1. Make Bobby interview for the HC job. Force him to describe changes he will make to the means and ways...recruiting, player development, coaches, scheme, off-season work etc...

2. Direct Bobby to interview every member of his staff for their jobs and force them to describe changes they will make to improve their position group etc.

3. Improve player exit interview process and use information they provide as in input into staffing decisions.

Make meaningful changes. If Bobby won't do it...Haslam should. Start with both coordinators - gone.

Or...Haslam could adjust the desired ends...maybe mediocrity is good enough for him. It would be a shame, but that is also an option for him.

Have you sent this list to Haslem yet? Not sure if eGriz is the proper platform to make sure this happens.

First thing I would do Monday is start a vision board and see if we can manifest a defense next year vs MSU that can hold Cats under 300 yds rushing.

If that is the case we have officially become the 90s Cats. It is way bigger than just beating the Cats. The Vision board is legit, just not the target.
