Missouri State AD Kyle Moats leaving university for same role at Eastern Kentucky
A month after Missouri State announced it would join Conference USA, the school will now search for its next athletics director.

Not much going on in the off-season except the Hero returner lists, but found this interesting and more of a lateral move given Missouri State already announced intentions to move up. Given we open up with them, I don’t know what kind of operation will be rolling into town, but I can’t believe this helps them in any way shape or form.
Whoever takes the new AD job or director of football operations job there has a hell of a lot of work cut out for them from a budgetary standpoint. Seems like they are going to take the Idaho route to the FBS. Wonder if it’ll end up being more of the same. 3-4 money games a year to get absolutely embarrassed and beat up only to finish dead last in their new conference?
