Missoula Southside Major boys Little League team won yesterday at the Regionals in San Bernardino. 7-4.

Southside plays Idaho today at 5:00.

Not good news for the boys in Maroon. We got beat 11-0 by Washington this morning. We hung with them for 3 innings, but then Washington's bats really started working.

They are a very good team, with pitching, and hitting. They will be very difficult to beat.

Montana is guaranteed a spot in the semi-finals on Friday. They still have 1 game of pool play against Oregon on Wednesday at 5:00. That will determine what seed they will be.

I will report more after that game.

who is coaching the team this year...i have been in wisconsin all summer so i dont know what the team make up is...info would be great!

Crap. Just got beat by Oregon. Team came out really flat, and played that way for 4 innings. By the time they came around, it was too late.

Good news is that they will play Friday night in the Semi-Finals. Against Washington. Again.

Unfortunately they didn't win Friday. But congrats to them for their effort and making the semi-finals. I bet it was still something they will always remember.
