With 9 new players one would expect some peaks and valleys early on. I think it is way too convenient to say they choked now that they have beaten UCLA and Oregon State. Using that logic then you must think we should go undefeated in the BSC, and that won't happen.

i get what you're saying but regardless of who we play we choked both of those games away with missed free throws. we were in a position to win both games and choked them away at the line. if we played the san antonio spurs tommorow and lost by 4 while going 1/10 at the line, thats a game we choked away.

GB, to be honest, I was preparing myself for more of a roller coaster ride this year. This team is ahead of where I expected them to be. With that said, Tinkle and the team have to feel they let 2 games get away from them, they likely should not have lost in the ways they lost.

The losses themselves were not choking, the ways they lost them (bad FT shooting) were chokes.

Then again, the W's and L's have evened out, so I cannot be disappointed. More frustrated than disappointed. :thumb:
