Brian Kelly blew the Northwestern game a couple weeks ago when late in the game he went for 2 and failed, keeping the lead at 11 points instead of 12. Northwestern rallied with 11 late 4th quarter points and won in overtime.
The SDSU coach did the same thing yesterday when they scored a TD to make it 37-26. Pretty sure his kicker had been flawless on XP kicks up to that point. That foregone XP could have really come home to roost had the Cats been able to get the onside kick.
