Coker's lost control of his team.. this is the 3rd time in less than a year his players have been involved in an on-field fight. Miami's got the reputation for being a bunch of gang-bangin' idiots without a clue, and they showed it again yesterday. Too bad a program like FIU got roped into this.. being perennial losers and all. It brings a smile to my face every time someone smacks Miami in the mouth.. just as Louisville did a few weeks ago.

i find it interesting that many of those who have chimed in on this thread for criminally punishing the 18-21 year old kids involved in this stupid brawl are the same ones who applauded so positively for the kid who 'smacked' a purported bully in an alleged recent high school event. such selective "tough guy-ism" is so... george bush.

The bus thing was a group of kids on one kid, he has every right to defend himself. I hope all those in the wrong are punished to the fullest extent of the law.

I misunderstood the incident. Good for the kid that hit the other kid. Still 2 different incidents.
The bully that pushed the other one to violence should also be kicked out of school as well as apologize for him making the picked on kid punch him in the face.
