In a very weak FCS. This subdivision has went to shit since NIL and portal. Look at the dudes that were coming out of the FCS. Wentz, Lance, Kupp, Watson, Kraft, Luepke, Troy, etc. Those days are unfortunately gone where you can find absolute studs. I mean who do we consider the best players in FCS currently? Tommy, Miller, Bergen, etc, none of those guys will touch an NFL field unfortunately. The days of the FCS being good are starting to come closer to an end.
