I think we saw today that we are a quality team. It may not seem like it given our inability to run the ball like we want. Our D did an admirable job and gave us a chance to win this game.
We are obviously not on the level of NDSU yet but we kept it to a 12 point game and we had chances to score more points. Our O line was owned most of the day and JJ had to get what he could.
I see this team improving as the season moves forward. I'm sure the players and staff learned more from this game then the previous three put together. If NDSU is the standard then we are not all that far behind. Remember, this team smoked Iowa State.
I am going to watch the Cats 52-51 loss now. It is going to be an interesting season. Go Griz!
