MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) -- Montana's basketball team has been stranded in Portland by snow and ice canceled Monday's home game against Utah Valley.

Montana Athletic Director Jim O'Day says he isn't sure whether the Grizzlies will reschedule the game against the Wolverines.

O'Day said that the Grizzlies were still stuck Sunday in Portland, where they lost to Portland State 72-45 on Saturday. O'Day wasn't sure when the team would be able to fly home.

Overnight freezing rain left a coating of ice on the snow that had already fallen in the Portland area.

I was wondering if they got out today. Most airlines have canceled all of their flights out of Portland today.

This is the worst storm I've ever seen here.

It's a good thing for Wayne, Nate and the rest of the crew because it would have been another L, sliding Wayne into another Losing season. We'll have to wait until we play UW to get the next L. Sort of ironic, being that both Wayne, Nate and several of the Wayne and Nate recruits are from Washington. When will we play D, get some rebounds, and out hustle a team? Maybe when Wayne and Nate are gone...Seems like the prediction I made a few years back, when Wayne and Nate were hired, that we UMGRIZ would slip into a mediocre slide, which would keep getting worse as Wayne and Nate are in control.

Get some heart Wayne and Nate, it will only help our UM basketball players who only follow their leaders!!!

Will we finish above 500? Exlcuding our non D1 opponents? Ask Wayne or Nate, they have the answer.

Boy can they recruit...and motivate? LLL aka Loss, Loss, Losssssssss
