MBB: Recruit 6-3 Tarell Clark

It appears the Griz are recruiting, senior Tarell Clark 6-3 shooting gaurd from Burnsville Minnesota high school. The Griz have not offered him. On paper the Griz have used up all of their scholarships for this year, so I would guess he is being recruited in case an existing player decides to quit / move on.

More often than not, one existing player does move on.

...and for that reason coaches never stop recruiting.

And for that reason, MslaCat is never out of the job... :thumb:

Any stats on this guy or what kind of game does he have?

Maybe Tinks learned from Watson leaving this year and losing out on Phillips. How are they doing this year?

If someone were to leave who would it be? Could Graves or Vanderjagt get frustrated with playing time and move? As for Vanderjagt and Qvale, Strait graduating will leave them both minutes. Then again, there is Selvig to work into this equation too. Martin leaves, but the combination of Taylor, McGillis, and Staudacher will fill the 2 and 3 spot very well. As things look now, it appears to me that Graves will not see much time until 09, after CET graduates. Is Graves willing to wait his turn?

A quick checks shows Tarell Clark is averaging 23.9 points a game and just last Tuesday had a 41 point 13 rebound game. Pretty impressive. If I remember right Clark plays in a conference equivalent to Montana Class AA. Which is just below the "urban league"
