What if? Really far-fetched to start hoping for this when the season hasn't even started yet, but here's what I see.

Two of the best teams in FCS right here in Montana, Montana State has been on the upswing for a couple years now, Montana is always in contention. We end up on opposite sides of the board and... BOOM! One can hope.

It would be cool, but it will never happen since they TRY to break the brackets up regionally to save on travel expenses

It would definitely be cool, but I think I'd rather see a semifinal match up in Bozeman or Missoula (preferably in Bozeman) rather than everyone packing up and going to Texas.

I'd be happy either way, though....should be a fun season for both teams.

I used to wish for something like this. Now I don't. It’d just ratchet up the dick heads on both sides to an intolerable frenzy. Since their very self esteem is so integrated into who wins the game.

Agreed. A beatdown of SHSU in Missoula in the quarters, a semifinal matchup against the 'scats in Missoula (if the 'scats can make it that far), followed by a piece of NDSU's behind in Frisco. :thumb:
