MAX Media Satellite/Online Viewing

I asked this question in another thread but didn't get much of a response, but does anybody know of any online availability for the two games that MAX Media will be carrying? Will these games be available with satellite coordinates for all the out of state Griz fans? I first handedly admit that KPAX wasn't the greatest coverage, but being able to stream the games online through the website turned out to be a life saver last season. Any info would be great!

I would love to hear an update on what to expect from Bigskytv this year. Overall, it was good last year. I would pay for it, within reason.

That is a very good question. I am scared to death with the BSC signing that roots deal that Big Sky TV is going to be shut down. It is my lifeline and I would also certainly pay for it. It was great except for the fact that the first quarter of almost every game was not viewable.

My understanding is that all games not on Root but played on a BSC field will be available free on Bis Sky TV

My problem is I don't get Root, so I will most likely miss the good games.

If you're in Portland Root comes on Comcast, DirecTV, etc. and will be available at just about any bar in the city. There are always a group of Griz fans at Claudia's in the SE, off of 30th and Hawthorn.

I have internet but not cable TV. I guess I will have to go to the bar to see the game. Damn, I like watching the games from home.

This is the FAQ page from root sports. It seems to indicate that you can watch their shows live. I am not savvy enough to figure out how it works, but it looks like there are a lot of people on here that know these things fairly well. I don't know if the games will be available, but this seems to indicate that you may be able to. It shows live and ppv on there so it may cost a couple bucks but hopefully it will work for those of us who can't make it.
