Something great is happening in Grizzly Athletics. Monte has been selected to be on the Inaugural Ballot for Raymond Entertainment’s Mascot Hall of Fame Induction. The nominees are in two different categories, Professional and Collegiate. This is where we have a chance to shine! All twelve nominees have a chance to be inducted on Tuesday August 15, 2006 in a celebratory event at Love Park in Philadelphia.
Voting is open from June 15th thru July 15th at the website http://www.mascothalloffame.com.
This website was built to recognize the art and skill of great characters of our past and present. We all know that Monte has put great mascotting on the map. Lets show our University of Montana pride by voting Monte into the Mascot Hall of Fame.
