Has committed to the University of Utah......why is he ineligible to play at Montana but can play at Utah?

I'm going to assume that he'll be playing at Utah next season and was slated to play at Montana this season. Makes me think he just needed another year at JC to get enough credits to become eligible.

Just a guess, but seems logical, no?
