Let me start this by saying, I see a very high ceiling in this kid's talent. I'd love to see him utilized more and see more playing time. The kid is a great athlete, versatile, and very talented. I just wonder, how can the GRIZ staff utilize him to be a difference maker, other than just a return specialist? The GRIZ are loaded at WR, lack big playmakers at HB, and CB. At WR there is Akem, Toure, JLM, Sulser, and a talented Owens coming aboard as well.
Where does a talent like Flowers fit in? I'd like to see the staff get creative with him, and also fill some voids. He has a HB build, with WR skills. I'd experiment with him as a jack of all trades weapon. Basically our version of Tyreek Hill, Tarik Cohen, Darren Spoles, Scurzur (sp?) (remember what a nightmare he was against us).
If we can't find ways to utilize him offensively. Does he have the make up to play CB? He certainly has the speed. I'm not sure, if I am in the minority or the majority, regarding his talent and potential. I do feel, he is too good of talent to not be on the field and making an impact.
