I maybe wrong, but I thought I was pretty positive all season about the Griz. One of my major complaints was why we didn't put in Cliff at QB for the NAU game. Based on what Bobby said at the beginning of the season, the starter would be made by how each played and I thought after Cliff played in the first game and brought out team back in the 2nd half for the win against Ferris St and then dominating on offense against Utah Tech by scoring on there first 4 of 5 drives, I was baffled to see Vidlak starting against NAU and then even more baffled to not see Cliff put in the 2nd half. I thought it was clear in the first few games against Ferris St, Butler, Utah Tech and NAU that Vidlak just wasn't and isn't good enough.
But other than that, I was very positive and even happy that they made Brent Pease the OC because his extensive experience in college and he coached 2 of the greatest QBs in Montana history. But I remember getting flack for saying Brent was a great coach, and people telling me how horrible he was and how he got fired from a ton of coaching jobs. But as usual it's coming from fans that either never played the game or don't know the game at all which there are a bunch of them on here. Its actually quite hilarious when I see posts from certain individuals who haven't played the game before because it's quite clear when they talk about the game.
Well, like i said before, I believe that we will win the NC. Its like all the stars and planets are aligned. And it it couldn't be more clear when I saw that we are 13.5-14 pt underdogs which is fitting for this team. We have been underdogs all season and nobody believed that this team could do what it has done. Another game where the opposing team will overlook us and find out the hard way. I really hope Bobby stays after he wins because if he leaves then I have a feeling a bunch of great young talent will leave as well. Also thank you to a bunch of you who were nice to me on here although I was one of the new ones on egriz. I really appreciate your kindness and hope I can return it as well.
