I may be mistaken, but doesn't the 13 take out the 4 almost every year???

Actually, I read somewhere that a 13 seed has never won. Don't know if that's true or not.
And, after I wrote that, I looked it up, and discovered I was definitely wrong.

I was right.. Just didn't know if it was 13 or 14 or whatever... All I remember is endless coverage on Sportscenter

Here's an interesting observation from the Wiki item: There has been at least one upset by a #14 seed every year since 2008, when there were two. The Griz have a chance to keep the string going.

In fact, in the last ten years (2003-2012), there have been nine such upsets -- all but one by mid-majors (or worse) over power conference teams. (Tulsa over Dayton in 2003 being the one exception.) Note that one of those upsets was Vermont over 'Cuse. :lol:
