Lots of college basketball....who are you watching?

I am watching AZ State and New MX now. The Pit reminds me of an atmosphere the GRIZ once had. For those wanting to know what a college atmosphere should be like, check out this game. It is on Verses right now. :thumb:

Following this game on the radio down here in the desert. I like the direction that ASU basketball is heading under Herb Sendek but I don't think this team is to the point where they can win somewhere like "The Pit". An old coworker of mine went to U of New Mexico and used to talk about basketball games there. U of A fans down here like to talk on and on about how great of an environment that the the Wildcats have for games in Tucson. From what I've seen, the blue/silver/grey-haired hordes in Tucson don't bring the noise like the crowd in Albuquerque does. UNM is a basketball environment to envy.

Followed NAU's game tonight on the internet also. They beat a SWAC team, Alabama State, pretty bad. Made up for a whooping at Iowa State last Friday and a tough, well-played 4 pt. loss at Creighton U. on Sunday.

Excited for basketball. Guess I'm going with Weber State to finish at the top of the Big Sky this year. UNC, MSU, UM, NAU all should be able to compete. Watched ISU against U of A on Sunday and the Bengals didn't look very good after the first 10 or so minutes.
