Looking at the FCS top 10 this weekend

Unlike the last two weekends there aren't a lot of games that you can really watch for some major movement in the polls, here's who's playing, and some thoughts of mine on some playoff seeding:

1. SHSU @ ACU - ACU is 5-5 but is 2-4 heading down the stretch.

2. JMU @ Towson - Towson is 4-6 and has gone 1-3 in their last 4 weeks.

3. MSU @ UM - We all know this one

4. NDSU vs South Dakota - An interesting one to follow. USD is on a 5-1 run, saved their playoff hopes on a miracle SDSU win last week, and now head to NDSU. Right now USD is 7-3, last weeks win might've secured them a playoff spot. Tough matchup, in NDSU as well.

5. EWU @ PSU - EWU bounced back last week and now heads to 5-5 PSU. The PSU flex defense could be a bit of trouble for EWU, however PSU's defense statistically is only slightly better than UCD's - who EWU ripped apart last week.

6. Villanova @ Delaware - UD is 5-5 and did beat William & Mary but seems to usually win pretty ugly

7. UM vs MSU - Go Griz

8. ETSU vs Mercer - Winner wins the conference. ETSU is 9-1 overall / 6-1 in conference, Mercer is 7-2 overall and 6-1 in conference. Mercer's ranked 21st but it's hard to imagine if they lose that they'll get in. If they do win though... trouble for a bubble team.

9. Kennesaw State vs Monmouth - This one could be interesting, it's for the conference title. Both teams are 6-0, KSU is 9-1, Monmouth is 7-3. A KSU win probably keeps another bubble team in, where a Monmouth win for sure pushes one out.

10. UC Davis @ Sacramento State - 10 vs 11. Sac is playing for the Big Sky title and a probable seed if they win, Davis is playing for a possible seed as well. Loser of this game is playing next week... or biting their nails if Monmouth and Mercer win.
