Leadership is not a number, a popularity contest or who can bang their helmet the hardest. It is about total decication to each other, a community and a tradtion of excellence.

It is also the style and substance surrounding the team. We all see it instantly when we travel to away games; the good to emulate and the disgusting to remind us what we never want to become.
