And J.P. needs to step it up a bit. At first i thought he was just being outshined by the other D players but lately it seems like he's shying away from contact or over thinking the play. He's playing way to tight; he needs to loosen up and react.

Yeah, gotta pull apart pass D vs rush D. Both are good, Coyle could round into an all-confernce mike-backer his senior year (next year) much as McSurdy and Lebsock did before him.

JP seems to spend a lot more time in pass coverage than last year. :x :x :x :x

It looks like alot of the linebackers and safeties are playing timid in terms of going for the big hits, just hit somebody hard. I know that this may lead to missed tackles, but it could also lead to alot of good things.
