Have you guys booked your hotel rooms yet? I haven't booked ours yet and need to do that soon. Titleist or anyone else, what are the best hotels to stay at for gameday? Don't know much about Laramie but it would be nice to have a hotel walking distance to the stadium with restaurants and places to bar hop nearby.

Titleist will most likely recommend that you stay in his quaint little tent in the hills.

We have some Wyoming friends who we're going to the game with who booked our hotel for us. I'm not sure which hotel, but I'm glad I don't have to worry about finding a hotel in Laramie now! :thumb:

Isn't everything in Laramie "within walking distance"?

If you are not within walking distance, you are probably staying in Cheyenne.

There's two hotels basically right across the tailgating lot from War Memorial, one is a Holiday Inn, the other I can't recall, maybe a Hampton Inn or something. I would suggest those two, but I would book now as football season fills them up rather quickly. There are a few restaurants in the area, but the better food plus all of the bars are downtown, not near the campus. The Library Bar is right across the street from the dorms.. err, used to be. I think I heard it may have moved.

Just booked two rooms! The Hilton near the stadium is already sold out as they house the Griz team. The next closest is the Holiday Inn and it sounds like I may have gotten the last two rooms there. I'd get on line and book quickly folks. Go Griz!
