While it doesn't look good for the Griz in Boise, Lady Griz beat Utah State in Logan, UT.
Katie Edwards lead the Lady Griz with 21 points on 7 of 18 from the field, 3 of 7 from 3 pt line, 4 of 4 from free throw line. Played all 40 minutes. Good considering her bad back and she is only practicing like 1 day a week because of it.
Tamara Guardipee scored 9 points before fouling out with 5 minutes left. Laura Cote also scored 9 points .
Sonya Rogers scored 8 points, had 6 assists, with only 2 turnovers in 33 minutes. Johanna Clossen scored 8 points, and Dana Conway scored 7 points.
Lady Griz were out rebounded 39 to 33. Shot 44% from the field for the game, 85% from the free throw line (11 - 13). The Lady Griz bench scored 20 points.
