Lady Griz vs Lady Bears

So where is everybody? Lady Griz posted an impressive win today against the NCU Bears. I turned on the game when it was 11/0 early in 1St Qtr. Ladies missed there first 10 shots and I’m about ready to turn over to some high school game when the ladies go on a 19/4 run and never look back. I think the final was 80 something to 60 something. Impressive game by the Griz. They pressed the entire game which took the Bears out of any kind of offensive rhythm.
Now if only the men could do the same in Greeley but I’m not holding my breath.

They looked really good. Maybe the best I’ve seen them play in last two seasons. Gfeller and Buron-Oliver played great as did Marxen.
Hope the guys can pull this game out. They need a win!

This Montana WBB team is flat-out a blast to watch, and they get better with each game. An astounding freshman class... definitely. But now that Carmen Gfeller is healing up and Gina Marxen is settling into her new floor-general role, the sky's the limit. The Big Sky will be tough this season, but this team has the players and the moxie to shake things up. Go Griz.
