Lady Griz gutted out a tough defensive battle to win this.
Brooklyn Lorenzen made 13 points, 10 assists and NO turnovers. If things hold up, Brooklyn will be the Conference MVP this year.
And what is real nice is that the Lady Griz turned the ball over only 3 times the whole game. I do not think I have ever seen the Lady Griz play before this with the number of turnovers being so low. It did offset the fact that the Lady Griz lost the rebounding war by 38 - 23.
The leading scorers for the Lady Griz was Tyler with 18 points, and Katie Edwards with 15 points.
