sorry, i saw your hawes comment after mine. as for yao, he had a ton of detractors, the most theatrical (and probably least meaningful) being charles barkley.

Barkley makes some outlandish comments, but he sure is entertaining. I don't think Sir Charles takes himself too seriously though.

Was he sober?

I'm not sure he has a choice of how serious he takes himself after a few glasses of scotch. :laugh:
