The Engstrom-Haslam-Delaney Troika continue to make its mark on Griz football...

Based on these cumulative football foibles, the term that best seems to describe Mick's HC abilities, both overall and in individual facets, is "bush league" I'd love to see him get the hang of the job but it's just not happening. I hear the defenders, that essentially contend we don't know how good he is at things we can't see. Sorry, the stuff that spills out tells a different tale, so I just don't buy it anymore. On the bright side, I see Mick hoping Jordy does for him what Dave did for Don. It would be a nice swansong, but win or lose the big one, the time for final retirement has come.

Nick Saban has never had a scholarship kicker anywhere he's been. Pretty sure Oregon doesn't give scholarships to kickers either, and I'm sure there are many many more.

Thats not say some players haven't earned a scholarship after proving to have some value. What we have had the last 2 years should be paying us.

People on here act like we are the only school in the country that doesn't have a kicker on scholarship. I would bet greater than 50% of teams in the FCS don't have a kicker on scholarship.

There are plenty of exceptional kickers in high school. Give them a scholarship, the ability to enhance their skills and the Griz might win close games. When the Griz couldn't score just outside the red-zone, 2 additional field goals could have resulted in Griz wins.
