in a game today against the grizzlies garnett got into a disagreement with an official. in frustration he threw the ball into the stands hitting a fan in the face. he was ejected from the game but had the good heart to go and check on the fan who was apparently taken out on a strecher. i doubt that getting hit in the face by a basketball should warrant being taken out on a strecher but maybe the guy had a medical condition.

i was watching the game as i dont miss any t-wolves games(dont ask me why) and the fan never left on a stretcher. actually, after he was checked on, security took him to a private room for the rest of the game. kg not only checked on him before leaving the floor, but the commentators said they heard he visited the man after the game as well. anyway, they said the man was uninjured, i'm sure it will work out for him in the end(autographs, tickets, etc.) and more importantly the wolves won which they do little of!

new T-macs from reebok (i think its reebok) for the whole family, and a full block of season tickets, if that is what he got payed off with i would definately take a basketball to the face. it might even make me less ugly.

Garnett will be in LA next season!!!!

think your right, get him to autograph them, wait for him to retire, put those on eBay...
money baby(literally)

i just saw the replay, he threw the ball at about 5 mph, more of a toss, and they wheeled the guy out. Looked pretty harmless, but I'm sure a lawsuit will come about.
:lame:

i hope not, after KG took the time after the game to talk to the guy and make sure he was okay, but you know how sh*t happens in this sue happy america of ours.

wow...my bad bf42. you were right. i was watching the whole game and don't know how i missed it. i just saw a little after when he and his family were walking into a private room. i just saw replay on espnews and they did cart him off to some serious boos! i guess that's why he decided to walk! my 3 year old son could have taken that hit! anyway, sorry for correcting you when you were on the money.

Walt B was playing in an intermural B-ball game when a guy threw the ball into a team-mates face, He then threw his hand into the throwers' face. They still have yet to find all the pieces.
