As I stated in another thread, I am not impressed with Justin Strong, why are so many of you? He did a lot today to change my thoughts, I hope he keeps it up. When does he get the cast off? The plays he made today, are/is what I thought I would see when he came here last year. Keep it up Justin!

Sure sorry you feel that way! I believe he will be FCS Defensive Player of the week! I don't care if he gets one Int. a game, I just wanted to see him be more physical like his disclaimer was when he transferred. He proved today he can bring it. Now all I am saying is, keep it up! I like it when a player proves to me wrong. Today he demonstrated true leadership just by his physical display. The Int's were a bonus.

If you don't think he's been playing physical, you haven't been watching him.

Maybe I expect too much from some players. I have been watching and this why I made the comment a couple weeks ago. I see so much potential in this young man but I haven't seen it really demonstrated until today. Yes, he is capable of those 5 Int's you speak of every game, however, we both know that isn't realistic. If he continues to play like this, the D will rally around him and they will all be better. Biggest example of true leadership so far this season on the D side of the ball.

I would bet money Strong will drop a INT when he gets his cast off and a long line of e-grizzers will volunteer to break his hand so he has to wear the cast again :shock: :lol: :lol: :lol:
