I know this was posted a while ago but don't remember seeing an answer. Do anyone know why he never plays. Do the coaches think he does not have the talent. Thanks

MOD edit: corrected name spelling in the title, carry on

The best guesses on this board are that he is either injured, or not performing up to standards in practice or in the Stitt house for attitude.

The performance part is board speculation on Stitts statement (to paraphrase) that if you don't do well in practice, you won't see much playing time.

The attitude came from someones ass I am sure, but it's still out there.

I like the stitt competitiveness. It a 'put up or shut up' method where if you don't perform day in and day out you won't see the field. I'm curious about Keenan curran, Tyler Lucas etc....and when they will 'put up' in practice and see the field

Curran is redshirting, Lucas hasn't earned it and Janssen is in the Stitthouse....

Stitt is one and done.

However if you keep practicing and playing hard you do get a second chance. Coach Stitt has told each player one on one his rules before the season started. Trash talk, extra celebration, look at me kind of stuff will not fly with Stitt. Perform or sit. Tough as Stitt!

Keenan Curran is not redshirting he has been playing special teams all season

I have not seen Curran on any of the game participation lists, and I know the plan was to redshirt....

I have seen him play both the NDSU and Cal Poly games and I realize that there are 2 #2's but I know he has played kick off usually standing in front of Ellis in both games and he was #82 in the Liberty game

Click on the NOTES link pages 23 and 24 have the players who have played
in the first 2 games and Curran is not on the list of players for the first 2 games.

Not sure what you're seeing, but there is neither a Curran nor an #82 listed in Participation box score.

I've heard he was kinda in the coaches doghouse for taking a couple plays off in practice. STill must not be out of it because hes a great threat..one our team could use right about now. I'm not sure what the coaching staffs obsession over Nacarrato is. Hes a fast athlete and all but man he gets thrown to a lot!!

It seems to me that Nacarrato is dropping just about as many as he's catching. Wish drops were a researchable stat.

And he (and Nguyen) are very small targets for a QB to hit.
