Funny that Freddy V says there is only one Atty assigned to the case from Missoula County and one from the state, plus a volunteer. He flat says the Missoulian story and headline were false.

So do we trust Freddy V, or do we trust the newspaper that months ago we were trashing as an unreliable source of news?

I think I would trust freddy. FWIW, we had a pretty good sit down with the missoulian working on our new contract. We told them they had some problems in BOW they were reporting the news, (not necessarily what they were reporting. That we weren't interested in tabloid reporting particularly from one reporter and a disinterested editor. I was assured my concerns were shared and that there were changes coming

We told them they had some problems in HOW they were reporting the news, (not necessarily what they were reporting. I was assured my concerns were shared and that there were changes coming that would make me happy. I told them to come back when they did. They said they would be back SOON.

Yea, I agree they should have locked the little shit up a long time ago.

Fuck....you went fishing and caught something.....

Yeah, and Growler just mentioned he is trying out for the jury?

Growler never stops. Not sure if he does makes the jury pool, who that hurts most.

Egrizers will be banned from watching or reporting on the "trial" so we will only receive our information from whonest Gwen Florio via the Missoulian rag.

Back soon, as in February 20 when the trial was wrapped up and their last barrel of ink on this issue is spent. There is nothing printed to date to suggest any change is underway.

How ugly will this get? Very! It'll take a week just to sit the jury and at least another to try the case. In the end the lives of two young people will haven been drug through the mud. What a shame!
