Paoli is getting his objections on the record. I would like to know if the above tweet is accurate or just a lot of Gweno. If it is accurate, then the judge is saying that Paoli is a lier.

I saw that to. So it's ok for the state to call someone a liar, but the defense cannot? I guess I just don't know what that means.

These people on twitter now are very good at twittering. Do you think the above is talking about the accuser or Gwen or maybe one of the prosecutors?
 
While I expect an acquittal for the defendant and don't really see the evidence as close on the question of "beyond a reasonable doubt", I don't expect a quick verdict. Remember that until the moment the door of the jury room closes behind them, these jurors have not been allowed to express any opinion to other jurors or anyone else about the evidence in the case. So each of them has a lot to say. And given the gravity of the charges and the consequences of the outcome, they will take their "job" very seriously and carefully review all of the evidence that has been presented. It will take time to sort things out. In the end, I remain confident, that JJ will walk out of court as a free man.

No doubt. It's clear very, very few of them beleive the accuser. As I said earlier, you'd think that would be the prosecutor's wheelhouse.

Sure hope this deliberation doesn't go into the weekend. The longer it takes, the worse for JJ I think.

I agree except none of us should be surprised by a couple of holdouts who want to vote to convict. There is always the possibility of a few who are incapable of applying the "innocent until proven guilty" and "beyond a reasonable doubt" standards. It could be 11 versus 1 and take many hours to acquit.
