If the tweets are correct, then sustaining the objection was improper; close to misconduct.mlbowl said:Boylan objects and judge sustains. #johnsontrial About him telling her to turn over, Paoli said the woman agreed she assisted.
Why would the judge sustain this objection? Wasn't this the alleged victim's testimony?

that's why I thought it was a good move by Paoli to push the limit of Boylan, to get her to object, which I thought might look bad for her in the eyes of the jury. I don't recall the defense objecting to any of Boylan's baloney.stubbins said:question:
At some point does the jury start to get upset with some of the bias and, conscious or unconsciously, hold it against the prosecution?
this has to piss some of these jurors off, who are actually trying to be unbiased...

Has to make the jury wonder what Boylan is afraid of and why she would object to things that were mentioned in testimony being brought up.PolsonGrizFan said:that's why I thought it was a good move by Paoli to push the limit of Boylan, to get her to object, which I thought might look bad for her in the eyes of the jury. Speaking of piss... The older gentleman on the Jury who had coffee and donuts just before the start several hours ago may NOT have found the break such a bad idea........
