What if tnt is the alleged victim? We know from her testimony she looks at egriz. What if she posts also?

was TNT noticeably absent from egriz during Doe's time on the stand??

He had one attention seeking pharmacy student say she wasn't acting differently.

Seeking so much attention that the asst. Dean sent her an email requesting a meeting to discuss her testifying for the defense against one of the asst dean's special "watch list" students. I'm certain your so called attention seeker had concerns that the asst dean may retaliate against her with poor grades or bad recommendations when she attempts to get a job. Also remember that your "attention seeking student" isn't one of six students out of over 1200 to have had a sleep over at the asst dean's house.

Recall that someone admonished tnt for posting here and claimed that given claimed he/she could see JJ's tears on the courtroom that they knew who tnt was and asked everyone to guess. I guessed the bailiff or the court reporter and never thought it might be the accusor. However I have suggested that tnt is a she based on the tenor/drama of her posts. The mystery deepens...

She came forward with an opinion (which is all it was in trial,) the dean wisley told her that unless she had something substantive to offer, it could cause her problems proffesionaly. It appears the girl figured that out thus "reluctant" she didn't help the defense.

and let me guess...you're ok with those threats against her future.

I am trying to be objective here for a moment. Is the State's only real "evidence" of a sexual assault that many people confirm that the woman was very upset, depressed, had anxiety, withdrawn and so on? Does anyone recall any proof of a crime being presented?

No, the State's evidence was primarily through the woman's testimony regarding the incident, her text to her roommate shortly after the incident, and her contacts/visits with law enforcement and medical providers. I imagine that is often the case in date-rape trials, where there are typically no eye-witnesses.

Note: I'm not saying it's credible evidence, I'm just saying that's the bulk of the State's evidence.

So it was her "opinion" that she never saw the accused leave a classroom crying?

So you are saying she was intimidated into either not offering her opinion at all or at least watering it down by the Dean. Super. Now that is justice right there...... :?

Incontrovertible proof! How does the Post know how many "rapists" are never accused...just wondering?

Oh the Post knows all. Its just like when State Farm says over a billion in false claims are paid out yearly. If they are fraudulent, why did they pay them? Who added them up and arrived at that total? How?
